Yep I bought a RTD sensor probe deal from Stanbroil…put in and it was running great and then the thing shut off on me …low temp warning…I looked at auger and was not turning…this thing is only a year old…so its going back for sure…auger is very clean as well .probably timer or something…thanks for info…

jjischke I personally have not experienced trapped air in my cast iron stuffers. I generally just fill the cylinder with sausage mix and as I compress the mix during the first couple of cranks, I hear any trapped air vent out past the piston.

Hey Jonathan they were actually the hot dogs don’t know what I did posting pic. The teriyaki seasoning was a hit with everyone and I did cut it back by a couple tbspns. But I would have liked it with more seasoning. Was my 1st time making hot dogs and they came out perfect following everything I’ve been learning on meatgistics. Now to work on my linking skills haha.Here’s the snack sticks
