Rotisserie chicken using Chicken On The Run. Turned out moist and delicious.

I have a batch of spaghetti sauce and pizza sauce simmering on the stove. I can about 7 qts of spaghetti sauce and 6 pints of pizza sauce. should get me through the next 4 or 5 months.

I have the Vacmaster SV1, it is a big unit 1500 watts but I picked it up off ebay pretty reasonably. I am looking for a smaller unit to use more frequently, probably either Weston or Anova 1000 watt.

processhead Looks like a nice operation, I would like to try the glacier lakes in SD sometime, I grew up just north of them on MN, ND border. I have fished a lot in MN and some in Canada but have not made it to SD.
